Our Return Policy

ENDOCORP strives for conformance to customer requirements. As part of our company culture we strive for continual improvement through our ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System. When we fail to deliver on that promise, that impacts our customer’s ability to deliver quality repairs and increases their lead time. To manage and mitigate quality issues, our entire team is on stand-by to correct these issues immediately and further take any and all corrective actions to our work instructions to prevent these issues from repeating. We have developed a return policy and return process to help our customer’s as effectively as possible.
