When we fail to deliver on that promise, that impacts our customer’s ability to deliver quality repairs and increases their lead time. To manage and mitigate quality issues, our entire team is on stand-by to correct these issues immediately and further take any and all corrective actions to our work instructions to prevent these issues from repeating.
