BF-Q190 CCD Camera with Complete Wire Harness on NSA

This item is a fully inspected CCD with the complete wire harness attached to the distal tip on an NSA. The CCD is loaded into a distal tip and fully assembled onto a bending section and insertion tube assembly.  The distal tip, bending section and insertion tube assembly condition are not guaranteed and may be damaged.

Customers are liable for removal of the CCD from NSA.

Removal of the CCD from the Distal Tip is the full responsibility of Customer.

***A video recording of the CCD Image will be emailed to you prior to the completion of the order for you to validate that you are happy with the condition of the CCD before it is shipped.

The CCD image has been stringently tested and inspected and has a good image. A video will be emailed to you prior to the completion of the order for you to validate the condition. The wire harness length has been measured to meet minimum length requirements for this model. The Objective Stack has been fully inspected and is in good working condition.

Return Disclosure: In the case that you are not satisfied with the CCD Image, to claim a return, you must please notify ENDOCORP before the end of the second business day (48 hours) after receiving the CCD. Due to the sensitive nature of the CCD, return claims requested after three business days will not guaranteed.

ESD Disclosure: Please notify ENDOCORP within 48 hours of receipt if there are any issues with the CCD Image. The CCD can be damaged by electrostatic discharge (ESD) and must be evaluated prior to installation onto the endoscope. Damage due to installation or inappropriate handling, will void any return warranty claims.

Return Window: 2 calendar days from receiving shipment

A. We offer returns for CCD's 2 calendar days from the shipment receipt date of your order as indicated by the selected shipping courier's shipping tracking number

B. After receipt of your items, please test and inspect to ensure that they meet your quality requirements

****Return Disclosure: In the case that you are not satisfied with the CCD Image, to claim a return, you must notify ENDOCORP before the end of the second calendar day after receiving the CCD. ****ESD Disclosure: Due to the sensitive nature of the CCD, the CCD can be damaged by electrostatic discharge (ESD) and must be evaluated prior to installation onto the endoscope. Damage due to improper handling or installation altogether, will void any return requests.

****CCD Testing: CCDs are tested prior to shipping to customer and the Video Inspection results of the CCD is available by scanning the QR Code posted to the listing on our website. CCDs are packaged carefully in ESD Protective packaging to ensure that it is received in the condition it is in prior to leaving our facility.

Return Process

  1. If the CCD does not meet your quality requirements, please email returns@endocorpusa.com with the reason for the return, to begin the returns process.
  2. After validation of the issue by our returns department you will be given a Credit Note # and return shipping instructions. Please make sure to include the Credit Note # with your shipment to ensure proper tracking of your return claim.

Refund Process

  1. After we receive your CCD, we will validate to confirm the non-conformance issue and issue you a refund for the item.
  2. Please note, if the CCD is damaged due to improper handling or installation into an endoscope or if the return request was made after the 2 calendar day return window, the return request will be denied.
  3. Depending on the method of payment refunds may take 3-5 business days to settle.
