Najeeb Haddad is the President and CEO of ENDOCORP, serving as both Visionary and Integrator for the company. With over 20 years of leadership experience in the healthcare and medical device industries, he specializes in endoscopy repair parts, business scaling, personal development, and entrepreneurial leadership. As an active member of Vistage and Truneh Circles, Najeeb focuses on driving sustainable growth grounded in first-principles thinking. At ENDOCORP, Najeeb sets the strategic direction, leads high-level initiatives, and oversees the executive team to ensure the company’s mission of providing world-class endoscopy part solutions is consistently met. Outside of the office, Najeeb enjoys exploring new places, golfing, visiting amusement parks, and indulging in music and film. He’s passionate about community involvement through Rotary and dreams of founding a nonprofit dedicated to improving animal welfare.
