Tim Haddad is the Material Handling Lead at ENDOCORP, responsible for overseeing the sorting team and facility. With a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Wayne State University, Tim brings strong organizational skills, spreadsheet proficiency, and a quick-learning mindset to the role. As the first point of contact for incoming products, Tim ensures materials are processed accurately and efficiently before moving to inventory. In this leadership role, Tim is accountable for new processes that have significantly improved operational flow and team productivity. Taking ownership of each step in the sorting process, Tim takes pride in optimizing efficiency and contributing to the overall success of the department. Outside of work, Tim is the youngest of five siblings and enjoys board games, arcade games, reading, and pro wrestling. What Tim enjoys most about the role is the satisfaction of building and refining systems that make the workplace better for everyone.
